The Raphcon Story
Our story begins in the early 2000s, long before Raphcon was officially founded and just after our future Directors Ramon Vracknos had completed his carpentry apprenticeship.
Ramon Vracknos – Construction & Projects
As early as 2006, Ramon started working in the commercial sector as a carpenter for commercial fit outs. He became a fully registered Commercial Builder in 2015, taking the opportunity to start his own company Premier Commercial Constructions.
Since then, Ramon has developed his business with a focus on commercial property services and fit outs, honing his skills to complete high quality fit outs to an exceptional standard of professionalism and always under the required budgeting and scheduling requirements.
Merging Our Talents
After years of building up their separate businesses, Phil and Ramon were able to see the clear benefits of combining Ramon’s Commercial Builder licence and Phil’s consistent maintenance contracts in the educational sector.
It was in September of 2019 that Raphcon was officially founded – a merging of two successful and experienced businesses to provide a complete commercial building and maintenance service to clients in a wide variety of commercial sectors.
Today Raphcon is an all-in-one commercial property service available for all of your major projects and maintenance needs. We’re a fully insured and licensed company with all relevant OHS documentation, Working With Children Check, Police Check and Australia-wide availability.
